Store manager London Full time

The Store Manager is the cornerstone of the store, the point of reference for the company and the staff. As a store manager you will manage the team and organization of the store in London in all its aspects.

We are looking for a profile with organizational skills, leadership skills, autonomy and resolute problem-solving skills, to be able to coordinate the team and guide the point of sale towards business goals.

Your duties as Store Manager will be:

• Coordinate and supervise team work
• Mentoring and staff training following the Subdued guidelines
• Organise staff’s daily schedules and activities
• Inspect and replenish the assortment of goods
• Handle priorities and ensure compliance with all administrative and safety practices
• Managing cash flow operations and reporting required to verify the performance of the store
• Ensure store layout in line with company policies
