Your Missions

As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the big Subdued family, and with your energy and professionalism, you will become a brand ambassador and the face of the store. At Subdued, being a Sales Associate is not just about selling: it's about actively participating in the life of the shop, developing your versatility, and contributing to the success of the team.

Sales Associate

• Welcome, advise, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Propose and sell the products of the store.
• Ensure adherence to the style, image, and visual standards of the shop.

Brand Ambassador

• Represent the universe and values of Subdued to customers.
• Provide a personalized customer experience.

Store Contributor

• Participate in the reception, control, and assortment of goods.
• Ensure the organization and cleanliness of sales areas and the stockroom.
• Contribute to revenue growth through teamwork.

Our Recruitment Process

At Subdued, every application matters. We carefully review each profile and are committed to providing you with a response within a week. If your profile is selected, you will first have an initial video call with our HR team, followed by an interview with the Store Manager to get to know you better and detail the specifics of the position.
