Your missions

As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the big Subdued family, and thanks to your energy and professionalism, you will become a brand ambassador and the face of the store. At Subdued, being a Sales Associate is not just about selling: it’s about actively participating in the life of the store, developing your versatility, and contributing to the team’s success.

Sales Associate

• Welcome, advise, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Propose and sell the store's products.
• Ensure compliance with the store's style, image, and visual standards.

Brand Ambassador

• Represent the universe and values of Subdued to customers.
• Offer a personalized customer experience.

Store Contributor

• Participate in the reception, control, and assortment of goods.
• Ensure the organization and cleanliness of sales areas and the stockroom.
• Contribute to revenue growth through teamwork.

Our recruitment process

At Subdued, every application counts. We carefully review each profile and commit to providing you with a response within a week. If your profile is selected, you will first have a video call with our HR team, followed by an interview with the Store Manager to get to know you better and detail the specifics of the position.
