Your missions

As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the great Subdued family and, thanks to your energy and professionalism, you will become a brand ambassador and the face of the store. At Subdued, being a Sales Associate is not just about selling: it’s about actively participating in the life of the store, developing your versatility, and contributing to the success of the team.

Sales Associate

• Welcome, advise, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Propose and sell the store's products.
• Ensure compliance with the store's style, image, and visual standards.

Brand Ambassador

• Represent the universe and values of Subdued to the customers.
• Offer a personalized customer experience.

Store Contributor

• Participate in the receiving, checking, and sorting of merchandise.
• Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the sales areas and storage.
• Contribute to the development of sales through teamwork.

Our recruitment process

At Subdued, every application counts. We carefully review each profile and are committed to providing you with a response within a week. If your profile is selected, you will first have an initial video exchange with our HR team, followed by an interview with the Store Manager to get to know you better and detail the specifics of the position.
