Your responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you are part of the big Subdued family and, thanks to your leadership, energy, and professionalism, you are responsible for the smooth running of the store and the development of your team. Being a Store Manager at Subdued means more than managing a store: you motivate the team, drive commercial results, and guarantee an outstanding customer experience every day.

Store Manager

• Monitor the store’s commercial results (turnover, KPIs, targets).
• Structure and prioritize daily tasks so the store is always organized, attractive, and fully operational.
• Ensure internal procedures and service standards are correctly applied.
• Handle complex situations (after-sales, complaints, disputes) and find appropriate solutions.

Team Manager

• Lead, coach, and support the team on a daily basis.
• Create schedules and monthly planning, and organize the onboarding of new colleagues.
• Identify training needs, develop skills, and encourage growth.
• Promote a positive team atmosphere, open communication, and a constructive feedback culture.

Brand Ambassador

• Represent the Subdued universe and brand values to both customers and the team.
• Guarantee a personal and memorable customer experience with every visit.
• Ensure the store’s image and presentation (merchandising, display, order, atmosphere).
• Keep the Subdued culture alive and strengthen it within the boutique.

Our recruitment process

At Subdued, every application matters. We review every profile carefully and aim to respond within a week.

If your profile is selected, you will first have an initial video call with our HR team, followed by an interview with the Area Manager to get to know you better and discuss the role in detail.
