Your Missions

As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the large Subdued family, and thanks to your energy and professionalism, you will become a brand ambassador and the face of the store. At Subdued, being a Sales Associate is not just about selling: it’s about actively participating in the life of the store, developing your versatility, and contributing to the team’s success.

Sales Associate

• Welcome, advise, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Propose and sell the store's products.
• Ensure compliance with the store's style, image, and visual standards.

Brand Ambassador

• Represent the universe and values of Subdued to the clientele.
• Offer a personalized customer experience.

Store Contributor

• Participate in the receipt, control, and assortment of goods.
• Ensure the organization and cleanliness of sales areas and storage.
• Contribute to the development of sales through teamwork.

Our Recruitment Process

At Subdued, every application counts. We carefully review each profile, and we are committed to providing you with a response within a week. If your profile is selected, you will first have an initial video exchange with our HR team, followed by an interview with the Store Manager to get to know you better and detail the specifics of the position. Finally, you will be invited to complete a job test in-store to assess your customer contact skills and your teamwork approach.
